July 19, 2023

PKKP Enterprises Limited is proud to announce that PKKP Traditional Owner Aimee Ashburton has won the coveted Deadly Award at the FMG Eliwana NAIDOC 2023 Awards night, held on site, on Tuesday July 4th.

As a participant in the Flying Emu 26 pre-employment program, Aimee was able to explore first-hand the potential career opportunities available at FMG Eliwana. Indicating a strong preference to work in retail, Aimee’s determination to follow her dream was rewarded with a CIVEO Retail Traineeship at the Eliwana Café. It’s this determination and endless enthusiasm that has fuelled her success and award nomination.

“Aimee is an enthusiastic, bright, and happy person, who always has a smile on her face. She is consistently complimented by her team and everyone at Eliwana. Known as the face of the Eliwana Café she is extremely helpful and brings joy to everyone’s day. Most importantly she has a fierce determination to make her mark in the world and exceeding her deadliness as the Deadly Award winner this year”.
